呵呵，专业人士来了，我就是从事绿化工程的，一般草绳是冬季移植时用到的，用来保护树皮以防受损和防冻，如果是夏季的话，新移植苗木上面需要设置遮阳的黑网，那个草绳不影响树的生长及采光，所以没必要特意在意保留和去除。
