1。在“运行”中键入命令：psr.exe，确定，打开“问题步骤记录器”工具栏；
2。点击右边“三角”在下拉条中选择“设置”，确定“问题步骤记录”输出路径；
3。最后生成的“问题步骤记录”是一个.zip 压缩文件。解压后可以看到一份MHTML文件报告，有图有说明很是详细；并且文件支持以幻灯片形式播放查看。
